Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

You need to provide a HP Product number (located on the Desktop chassis) and more detail to receive Forum assistance.

Regards

I have looked at chassis and there are many codes and numbers. All in one HP22.

                                                                                                                          coo21na

                                                                                                                          Reg mod TPC0045-22

All I want to do is watch a dvd, when I put it in nothing happens??

I hope this information is useful for anyone who can help me out.

Thanks

Hi Miller-59,

Is this your PC (Link to HP 22-c0021na)?

Scroll down this link to see supported formats located in CD/DVD disc drive. A commercial movie disc should work unless you are trying to play a Blue-ray disc. The optical drive included with your PC does not support Blue-ray discs.

HP included Power Media Player 14. The software should play standard DVD discs.
