Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to know if HP81B4 Vs 0 Motherboard Support a USB C port and Support Video to my Monitors? I am working with a docking station that needs to connect to my desktop using a USB C.  If I purchase a PCIe USB C card and install it, will it work with my machine/motherboard and will it be able to display my multi monitor setup?
