Product: OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000i (392G2AV)

I recently purchased a new Sony television (KD-4389K) and attempted to connect my gaming pc to it. But when I do I get the image below. I have tried multiple cables and multiple HDMI ports on the television (there is only one on the PC), but nothing works. Other devices such as my HP laptop and my PS5 and Nintendo Switch have no issues. And I have connected my PC to a an older Samsung TV, albeit with low resolution. I can not seem to find a solution. Any advice?
