HP All In One Model 22-3120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ive been searching through the forums and searching videos on how to do this with my computer but couldnt find anything so I was hoping I could get an answer from you guys. I plugged my Xbox One into my computer(All In One M.22-3120)  through the HDMI port on the back but dont know how to switch to the hdmi source on my computer. If I could get a reply asap that would be fantastic!

The following link show your computer specs

   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04826919

It only has one HDMI out port at the back

Figure : Back I/O panel
TimaT back I/O panel
  1. DC Power in
  2. Power LED
  3. LAN (Ethernet)
  4. HDMI
  5. USB 2.0: 3

Your machine does not have HDMI in port to connect to games console therefore no switch.

Regards.
