Product: Example: HP All-In-One 24-G032BD
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Any time I engage in a Zoom Video Call, my screen goes black, but I still have audio. It's very frustrating because I've started a new business, and I miss a lot of the presentations. I have reached out to my internet provider tech support, they've cleaned my PC etc, but can't seem to address the Zoom issue. Please help!
