Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I am running Windows 10 Version 1909, Build 18362.778. Most of my videos, with very few exceptions, play WAY ZOOMED IN.  I have a HP Laptop running Windows 10 Version 1809 Build 17763.864 and it plays videos perfectly.  Audio on both is FINE.  How do I fix my Desktop which is my main computer?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Are you playing videos from Website?
