Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I accidentally touched the edge of the screen of HP envy all in one curved 34 inch desktop computer and the screen cracked with a vertical strip on it. i would like to know if the issue is with the screen or with the LEDs being shorted due to electrostatic discharge from my finger. could it be repaired or not? can i get maintenance and service manual for the screen.
