My personal computer is experiencing significant lag issues. I have diligently conducted searches to locate and eliminate any temporary and extraneous files that may be contributing to this slowdown. Furthermore, I meticulously reviewed the list of startup applications, deactivating those that are not in use. Surprisingly, despite the fact that only half of the storage capacity is being utilized, the system continues to exhibit prolonged delays when opening folders, initiating the boot-up process, and shutting down. A prominent concern that has emerged is the occurrence of the screen turning black intermittently whenever I am engaged in activities on my PC or browsing the internet. Although the screen eventually reverts to its normal state, it persistently flickers, prompting suspicions of a potential issue with the graphics card.
