Product: hp envy desktop 795-00xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

new desktop, tried to play blu-ray and it would not. it will play dvd's. Downloaded new software to play blu-ray's, but it still will not play blu-rays. It will play dvd's.

Hi:

 

There are no specs for your PC available.

 

What is the product number of your PC?

 

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

 

Please do not post the serial number.

 

Most PC's only come with DVD burners, not Blu Ray drives.

 

You must have a Blu Ray drive in order to play Blu Ray disks.
