blue screen of death on my HP desktop

HP Recommended
HP - 24-F0052N

I had a blue screen of death on my HP desktop which I purchased just in March 2020 to work from home. I am struggling and have had to take time off work as I cannot work coz of this issue. I took it to Currys and requested them to return and buy a new product which they refused. I even asked for a courtesy laptop to use as I depend on this computer to work. I am not happy at all and not sure how HP could help me!

@Nish7

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting bluescreen errors on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Is the computer booting to Windows?

What is the exact error message you are getting?

What is the product number of your computer?

What is the operating system you are using?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
