HP M27ha FHD Monitor

brand new monitor (HP M27ha FHD Monitor (serial # [Personal Information Removed])) from Amazon, I have plugged everything properly into my new computer (SkyTech Shadow Gaming Computer PC Desktop - Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core 3.6GHz, 1660 Super 6G, 1TB SSD, 16GB DDR4 3000, RGB Fans, AC WiFi, Windows 10 Home 64-bit, Black) the computer is on, but when I turn on the monitor, I get the No input message, and it says that the HDMI is Inactive when it is plugged in. Please help me for it is very frustrating. Thank you.

P.S, I don't know where else to post this since there is no "board" for Monitors.

Hi@MikoKudou, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
