Can I hook a laptop so I can view it on my desktop

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

A laptop's display lacks the ports that a typical monitor uses to receive input from a desktop computer, Hence, it is not possible to plug a desktop computer into a laptop and use its screen as the display.
