Monitor z27n g2
macOS 10.14 Mojave
I'm about to purchase the HP z27n g2 monitor but would like to make sure whether I can charge a Macbook Pro via the USB-c what is provided with the monitor. If so, does it charge with 60 or 90 Watts? Any feedback is most appreciated. Thanks.

I have the same monitor and it only shows 15W when connected to my 16" Macbook Pro.

If you look at the specs this is what it indicates as well.

USB 3.1 Type-C™ (rear, downstream and upstream, power delivery up to 15 W)

but if you are actually looking at the 4K version it says it will deliver 65W.

1 USB Type-C™ (Alternative mode DisplayPort™ 1.2, power delivery up to 65 W)
