crack screen by just opening the laptop

hi,

I open my laptop with care cause I know it is fragile. but that time as I was opening it and the screen crack from the bottom right, where the display is attach to the rest of the computer, and it spread with 5 cracks... please help I don't know how can I get a free repair as it is obviously a default of the laptop.

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have the option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
