You may be able to do the replacement yourself or have ifixit or similar service.

Once disassembled you can get the part # off the display and find a replacement.

1) Click on this link -

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.
[edit] Before doing anything, I recommend you enable remote desktop on your pc in the event the monitor blanks out completely. Your system will work with an external monitor like a TV set but remote access allow you to log in using another pc (or smartphone) and configure the system when the monitor is not displaying anything. You might want to use "netplwiz" to configure for auto-login until you get the replacement screen.
