Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I open my computer screen is blue, put in my password and the screen is black, white and grey. I went to download pictures from my iPhone and they all downloaded in black and white. if I search something like news etc thats in color. So how do I change the black screen.  Thank you in advance.
