Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-3000i (4M0K0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have two monitors. When I added graphics card containing two hdmi ports, it broke my video call systems. So I took it out. Instead I purchased an analog to hdmi cable. I installed the cable to my 2nd monitor and it will not operate. why not!
