I am hoping to use my HP22 2002a (all in one) as a dual monitor to other desk top PC. I can not see any HDMI on mine(probably). Could you please advise me any ideas how I can use HP22 2002a as a dual screen? Do I need some devices in between HP22 and other desk top to make this possible?

The specs of your machine is

It does not have video out port. Some users use USB-HDMI adapter but the successful is not great. Very hard to find one now, even Amazon (note: for a monitor, not other PC):
