Product: HP Pavilion 500-027c Desktop PC

My HpP 27 xi monitor has a flickering "HP" screen. I'm unable to get to any other screen. i never fool with the touch buttons on the lower right of the monitor but something might have come in contact with the buttons and changed a setting. I don't know what the correct setting are so of course I tried Factory Reset. It didn't respond at all. I've disconnected/reconnected the video cables and power. I've turned off/on and none of that is working. This started the other day and initially I was able to get to my main screen if I powered off/on, now, nothing working. I'm unsure if it's a setting issue (if the toouch buttons were accidently hit) or if the monintor is shot. Any ideas?
