all in one touch screen

I guess it's been a little over a month that I started noticing flickering on my screen. It has since gotten worse along. I've also noticed if I am in the middle of placing the cursor somewhere to type when the screen flickers, it moves the cursor elsewhere. I don't know if it is a virus or if it's whatever is involved with the flickering. Please help. I think I've only had this computer for about 2 years.

@slvrfx61,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • Do you have any anti-virus program installed on the computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Thanks for the informationm. I did all that you told me and I still have a flickering problem with my screen. You asked about my operating system so here it is. Antivirus is expired. Also with the flickering I also have cursor moves on its own

@slvrfx61,

Thank you for the information.

I recommend you remove the Antivirus program from the computer as it is expired and check.

Also, boot to BIOS by tapping the F10 key on startup and check whether you are able to duplicate the issue on the BIOS screen.
