Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have Integrated graphics using ATI Radeon 4200 installed on the PC.
- NOTE: Either integrated graphics or the PCI Express x16 slot are usable at one time; they are not usable concurrently.
