Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my night mode option on the computer display is greyed out and as I work a lot at night I'd like to fix that.

 

I've contacted Microsoft who did all the updates (didn't work) and they said I need a graphics card update specific to my computer.... I have no idea how to get this and if it will help, can anybody advise please? Thank you

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: click here

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues? 

Have you attempted a system restore?

Did you run a hardware test on the computer using the F2 key during a restart?

 

Could you share pictures of this grayed out display, so we know exactly what you need help with?

 

Please reply with the details for further assistance.
