Welcome to our HP User Forum!
That would be a very short list indeed: exactly 0.
You see, your HP 251-a123w Desktop PC (N0B07AA), fitted with the Nutmeg-P motherboard (SSID: 2B28), is powered through an external 65-watt power supply using a DC power input jack located on the back panel. This power supply is barely sufficient to power the machine itself. In addition, in order to be able to use a graphics card, your motherboard needs a graphics card interface/slot, which this PC doesn't have: no x16 PCIe, MXM, or any other graphics card compatible slots.
Here are HP System 251-a123w User benchmarks: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-251-a123w/25381, and as you can see, none of these desktops show up with a discrete graphics card.

Hope this was helpful.
