Product: hp 1730 LCD monitor - 17"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have hp 1730 monitor as my second monitor and it won't turn on it shows green light that is on but i got black screen. the problem started long time ago. At first i used to take out power cable from monitor and after 2-3min. put it back and that worked flashed on and off monitor 2 times and then turned on but now it doesn't work anymore it just turns on and off 2 times fast and thats it. https://imgur.com/a/eEZHKKL
