Product: hp 23.8-inch 24mq quad hd monitor

I am using a Alogic Triple Display Hybrid Dock with my HP monitor. I cannot get a signal when using a DisplayPort to HDMI cable.

What is the source, I mean what is your computer ? How do you connect your computer to your Alogic Triple Display Hybrid Dock ?

I have a DELL laptop and I use USB-C connection to the Dock.

I spoke with someone from HP using the Whatsapp and they confirmed my monitor does not accept cross-connections (i.e. DisplayPort output from docking station to HDMI input to monitor.

I have now returned my Alogic dock and re-ordered one which has Dual 4K output using dual HDMI ports from the dock.
