Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
i have HP 200 G4 22 All-in-One pc and everything was fine. But image retention problem on panel appeared...
warranty check says
Bundled Warranty
Active: Covered under extended warranty, 16 months remaining.
and
Manufacturer Warranty
Active: Covered under Manufacturer warranty, 4 months remaining.
do they cover 'image retention' problem. ( screen replacement )?

to see if anything in that thread is applicable to your situation.
What is the "retained" image? Some computer-game? The Windows Desktop?
Contact HP Support, and open a claim against the HP Warranty; that is the only way to get a definitive answer whether the warranty is applicable.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
