Hello, 

can someone help me with touch screen issues?

hp all in one touch screen 27-a127c, touch screen does not work.

I'm not computer savvy, and followed instruction from google and hp help.. 

 

-Device manager: HID-COMPLIANCE TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT THERE ANY MORE(TRIED HIDDEN THING TOO)

-SETTING>TROUBLE SHOOTING > (HARDWARE &... IS NOT THERE ANYMORE)

-DID RECOVERY. IT DOES NOT WORK ALSO

-DID HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTIC WINDOWS 1.5.7.0.( THERE ARE NO TOUCH SCREEN ISSUE SECTION UNDER MAIN MENU)

ANY help is greatly appreciated.

This looks like a possible hardware failure. However, I would suggest you try this step before contacting our HP support team for further assistance. 

 

The best way to identify if this is either a hardware or a software issue is by checking if the Touch is working on BIOS screen

(Accessed by tapping on F10 while restarting the computer).

 

If the touchscreen does not work in the Bios then this clearly indicates a possible hardware failure. 

 

In this scenario, I would recommend you contact our HP support team for further assistance.
