hi i have been using this laptop for almost 3 years now from past few days i have been facing an issue with the screen turning blank all of a sudden and i have to put it into hibernation or hold the power key so it goes to sleep and when i turn it back on it comes up . i have tried everything i can i think it was one of the update but i am not sure and i have not tried using an external display as i dont have one .
