i have a black screen and the cap lock keys are flashing

So I hve the HP pavilion m3-101 Convertible PC and I once dropped soda on it and then it stopped working a couple days later . After a couple month i tried to turn it on and it worked perfectly besides the mousepad but that’s not important . Anyways it's been working fine until i decided to renew the anti virus i had installed on my computer after downloading it i had to restart so i clicked okay and after that it wouldn’t turn on . I don’t know what do , please help !!!
