Sorry, but the question makes no sense!
don't you want software to use a webcam?
The pc therefore has a webcam or not, what do you want to be able to do exactly with it!
Because under windows 10 there is the camera application

OK, all you have to do is buy one via USB
There are many models,I have nothing to test to indicate
I looked on the US site
Surprise there are models of other brands, which we did not find on the French site, and its quite expensive
