Hi!

 

I've bought a new monitor HP Omen 27c, and connected to my pc, when I start the pc, the monitor is also reacted, so turned on, but black screen, but it powered on, I can't get into the settings of my monitor, because it has black screen, nothing shown.

 

Could you help me?

you must check the connection support, in relation to your graphics card, compatibility of the cable used

One DisplayPort™ 1.4 port
One HDMI 2.0 port
if possible test the different connectors
Check if it's not your computer, by connecting the screen to a compatible source / computer
