Product: Pavillion Gaming TG01-0
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

just setup brand new HP Pavillion Gaming desktop TG01-0 - can't add the second new monitor...no plug available for second HDMI???  The extra HDMI plug w/the cap isn't responding.

we do not have the model information to answer precisely
But from what you indicate, you try the connector on the motherboard, which cannot work, since you have a pci graphics card installed
