Product: HP Pavilion 15z-aw000 CTO (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
my computer updates itself all the time how ever it wasn't until the other day I noticed my touch screen wasn't working on my computer and when I went to settings to see maybe if I had turned it off some how my computer says it's not touch screen capable which i'm sure has to do with the driver or some sort of update however i've been unsuccessful in finding the old driver and i've never backed my computer up before unfortunately... I'm kinda at a loss here because it shouldn't be this hard there is nothing physically wrong with the device it self and the entire reason I purchased this device was for the touch screen capability.
