Product: envy23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello everyone, I am trying to connect my HP envy23 to my tv via HDMI cable but it is not detecting the tv, I tried to do it with my laptop to make sure that the HDMI cable was working properly and it worked, I have checked everything from the device manager to see if the drive is up to date, to updating the windows, I also watched some videos on youtube but it was pointless. I could really use some help here, thank you in advance!

What is your envy23 ? HP has dozens of different models/products of AIO machines.
- Some only have HDMI in only,
- some only have HDMI out port
- and some have BOTH.
Does your machine have HDMI out port ?
Regards.
