Product: HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cb0000a (3B5H3AV)

im trying to buy a new screen for my desktop and i am getting nowhere. i just wanna ship it off and pay to get it fix but no one around my area will touch it.

Sorry, but HP does not do repairs to damaged equipment.  You are stuck having to find a place on your own.

 

I will tell you though, that it will be a LOT cheaper to replace any screen over a year old than to try to get it fixed -- as repairs are always very expensive since not only do you have to pay retail for the parts, you also have to pay for tear-down and re-assembly.
