HP Slimline Desktop - 290-a0036
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a slim desktop 290- a0036 

when I start the computer doesn't do anything at all any signs.

I Belive there is a problem with the video

Before doing the above, press the power on switch for 30 full seconds then release.

Press one more time to turn on.

 

Do any LED on the keyboard light up (if USB keyboard)?

Any LED on the computer turn on?  Does it blink several times?

if not video but lights up then try cable to TV set or another monitor or alternate cable.

If system turns on then tap the ESC key and try to run diagnostics as explained in trouble shooting

 

else check warranty
