Product: pavilon 14n229la ts 14 pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tengo un problema al usar mi tarjeta gràfica Nvidia no puedo abrir ningùn programa, se queda en negro la pantalla y de ahí no avanza, al desabilitarla me deja pero solo usa la Intel Hd grapfics, mi versión de windows es la de mayo 2020 compilación 2004. la versión del controlador que encontré en Hp es de 2015 y NO FUNCIONA en windows 10, solamente hace que aparezca ese error, será que me puedan proporcionar solución?
