the fan on the graphics card makes a lot of noise as the dust has destroyed it.

I need to either replace the fan or the card.

If you are certain that the issue is only with the Fan which got destroyed due to dust then you only need to replace the fan

You could check with HP Support in your Region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/contact.html
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
