but cannot be ordered from that vendor

It is suspicious that the part number for just the "display" is the part number for the entire monitor.

Take it apart and look for an LG or Samsung name and google for the part number over at AliExpress since they are made in Asia

we very rarely find the reference of the slab only
nonsense so hp gives the reference of the model, from the page for this same model
