I can't adjust monitor brightness from my laptop that is connected to my monitor. How can I do that?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Adjusting the brightness settings will only adjust the brightness of the Laptop Screen and won't change the brightness on the external monitor

 

You will need to change the brightness on the external monitor directly on the monitor and it cannot be controlled through Windows
