screen going blank only snow

HP Recommended

I have tried updated all drivers in  over 35 of these  EliteOne 1000 g2 all going to Snow 4 to five times a day.   Audio / video Streaming sites  & Washington Post etc sites trigger it.  My clients are extremely frustrated.   I have showed them how to switch back to PC mode with the toggle switch in the center of the monitor but that is not the solution I need.   Quite honestly I need a real fix.   we spent how much for 35 of these and not real solution is posted anywhere and when I have staff call HP for support  I got nothing from the help desk.    If you can have someone give me an shout via email for a real solution.  Please show this is your manager as I am about to reach out to my GOV Support Person.  This is ridiculous.  First time I switch from Dell to HP I get this?   You tell me why I need to continue with HP???
