I need to send off my pc for a new touchscreen repair to H/P as Curry's do not repair this screen anymore 

product number [Personal Information Removed] please can I get a number or address to send off for repair.

3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.

the panel you need is 854572-005

might be some available https://www.google.com/search?q=854572-005&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

one would have to disassemble the system to verify the required panel as there are probably different versions but I am just guessing
