Product: HP Sprout
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hp Sprout touchmat will not connect to the computer.  Device was working properly, then I noticed it was not projecting onto the touchmat.  None of the buttons on the touchmat will work either.  There is no sign that it is connected even though it is.  I have two mat and was able to switch them out and still no sign of connectivity.  The mats both perform properly on the other HP Sprout desktop.  Any suggestions?  Are there updates for the touchmat?  Is there some sort of battery in the mat component?
