hi. i have a hp compaq l2206tm and my touchscreen isnt responding. the usb b cable is new, my computer is also new, i bought it last month. the touchscreen is not responding when i touch it. the usb ports at the side are working. sometimes it touches random areas on the screen (not when i touch it). windows shows touchscreen is supported , windows knows that a touchscreen is connected. ive tried updating drivers, (monitor, touch, gpu, etc) factory reset, disabling and re enabling HID touchscreen and ive cleaed the screen much times. can someone help me?
