HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q113w (Touch)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
  1. Touchscreen stopped functioning.  I rebooted and the touch was back.  It went out again and the drivers disappeared.  it has been almost two years since this happened.  I have done a system restore, fresh install, numerous other things.  I have probably destroyed the computer, yet I just want the touch back.  I had to buy a new computer with touch, yet i still want to know why this happened.  And if maybe i can fix it.  I have had advice from numerous microsoft forums, have tried to install new drivers, nothing worked.  I have updated everything possible in the computer.  Is there any thing else i can try before I just throw in the towell?  Thanks

Good day.  I did the things you suggested.  I took a couple screen shots as you said.  None of what I did had any effect.  Will try something more. ThanksScreenshot (27).png

I did that also and it said the machine passed all the tests.  I didn't see anything about touch screen though, only mouse.  Also, when i go to the system it says this computer does not have touch available.  Yet when the screen worked it was there.  This is perplexing.
