unable to stream w/o buffering and stopping

Checking to see if anyone else has had very frequent buffering while viewing/streaming live video. It will buffer, and then just freeze up.  This happens every time I stream. All other streaming (TV's, phones, tablet) work as intended and do not have this issue.
