Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000i (1K4B6AV)

hello

I have a HP Pavilion desktop pc with win 11 home and the dell S2722DC monitor connected to the pc with HDMI cable. The monitor has  speakers and i donot have other speakers.

When i press the play button to  a youtube video the sound is playing ok but the image is still and it is buffering. this buffering continues at least for one minute(sometimes never stop) and when video start to play the sound is not follow the image.

If i connect external speakers to pc there is no problem and everything works ok. the problem happens only if the sound is via the monitor's speakers.

I have this problem about a week now.

the graphic card is a intel UHD 730 and all drivers is up to date.

Why is this happens?

Is there a solution for my problem?
