when use my ps4 with my hp2159m monitor it goes 1 time nothing 2 time says active then goes black

so it just goes black it works fine on my other tv but in my room on my monitor it doesn't work.

TVs and PC monitors are very different components -- even though they can look much the same.

You will have to contact the vendor of the PS4 to find out what model monitors they support and what video cables are needed.
