wish to upgrade graphic card to run Second life

I have an HP Pavilion 500-203a and I want to run Second Life  but I'm having issues I'm upgrading the RAM to 16 gigs as recommended but I think that the graphic card may not be suited as well and wish to know if anyone who runs Second life can assist with this, please
