Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

while on zoom the room freezes up but my video is fine.  I have to exit program.  the first 1 or 2 attempts to get back on zoom says page not found then finally I can get back in and the rest of the meeting is fine.  this just started happening in the last 2 weeks.  I am host so it kicks everyone out of the room they have to reenter.

NOTE: i picked OS windows 10( 32bits.)  i dont know if i have 32 or 64.  i am a novice at this. i really need help fast.

@betsbest

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  1. Log in to the Zoom client.

  2. Click your profile picture, and then select Settings.

  3. Click the Video tab.

  4. If your webcam is working, a preview of your webcam is displayed. You can also choose a different webcam, if available.

Testing your webcam if you are in a meeting

  1. Click the arrow (^) next to Start Video or Stop Video.

  2. Click Video Settings.

  3. If your webcam is working, a preview of your webcam is displayed. You can also choose a different webcam, if available.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
